1. Once a Company is registered, the directors / Stakeholders will be receiving multiple promotional emails from other vendors.
2. We don’t disclose any KYC documents keeping in mind the security of our Clients, However, multiple sources – www.data.gov.in, Ministry of Corporate Affairs – Master data page can be used to obtain the Company Details as all the departments are linked with each other. Other agencies that use the KYC documents are Capricorn – the certifying agency approving the Digital Signature Certificate (Class 3) meant for the company compliances.
3. We urge our clients to share the documents only at info@getmytaxfiling.com and not on WhatsApp. Official Google Docs links can be used to upload the documents in case of higher capacity.
4. The domain name is https://www.getmytaxfiling.com and remains the property of Getmytaxfiling Advisory Services located in C-3, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058.
5. The use of our website is only for the customer's discretion and the policy can be changed from time to time and is subject to be changed by the Management.
6. We advise our users to not share their passwords or any bank details with any of our representatives. Submission of bank statements is basically required for Company / LLP registration to be only shared at getmytaxfiling@gmail.com or at info@getmytaxfiling.com.
7. The client actually agrees to share their personal information but not their Banking ids and passwords with us as the same is not at all required to pursue any compliance or registration.
8. The user can actually view all the related details before starting up a process without even getting registered.

10. The Customer agrees that promotional emails can be sent once a requirement is posted through any channels.

Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in buying the Services from us. In case of refunds, the below points can be referred

1. In case of the Payment of Stamp duty and submission of forms, the Government and Certifying charges will be deducted.
2. No refund is applicable in the case of basic packages, Detailed invoices will be shared first prior to making the payment.
3. In case of rejection of forms by the department, No refund will be applicable.
4. No refund will be applicable after 15 days post-issuance of the invoice.
5. All the refund-related cases are to be reported at info@getmytaxfiling.com
